Marathi Din on February 27, 2017 at Sangli
The cultural and musical programme ‘Marathi Nama” introducing the Marathi literature with historical perspective and a short film highlighting special features of SNDTWU were the important aspects of the programme. Marathi authors from Sangli district were honoured at this occasion.Honourable officials, eminent personalities such as authors,dramatists, artists participated in the programme.

Workshop for PG students to introduce them to MoDi script Students of Marathi, History, Hindi and Gujarati participated in the workshop. Students were guided by Dr. Dilip Balasekar, Director, Gazetteer, Govt. of Maharashtra and Dr. Manjusha Kulkarni, Director, Bhasha Sanchanalay Govt. of Maharashtra

Marathi Vyakaran Sookshm Parichay
Workshop for PG and UG students. Main characteristics of Marathi Grammar were introduced and explained thoroughly and problems were discussed by scholars such as Prof. Dr. Bharati Nirgudkar and Dr. Prakash Parab.
